The second tallest skyscraper in St. Petersburg is the Leader Tower on Sq. Constitution, it’s the Leader Tower, “Leader Tower” or “Constitution Tower”. This residential complex located on Ave. Obuzov Defense is considered the highest in the Northern capital. The distance from its base to the tip of the spire is 126 m. In clear weather, you can see the spire on the Peter and Paul Fortress and Strelka Vasilievsky Island from the roof of a high-rise building.

Peter and Paul Cathedral (122 m)

Until 2012, the tallest building in St. Petersburg was the Peter and Paul Cathedral. Today it takes fourth place in height. The business center was built in 2009. It consists of numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies, beauty salons and other social amenities. The next highest object is the building of the Central Research Institute of the RTK with a spire on Tikhoretsky Avenue. Laboratory tests of space technology are conducted here.
