Max Barsky, or rather, Nikolai Nikolaevich Bortnik (real name of the artist) was born in 1980 in Kherson. He still has a brother and sister. Mother raised the children herself, since the father abandoned the family when Max was only 11 years old.
For 10 years, the future singer studied at an art school, where he attended drawing lessons with great pleasure. After Max was educated at the Kherson Tauride Lyceum of Arts, he immediately went to Kiev. There he entered the Kiev Municipal Academy, where he graduated with a degree in pop vocal.
