An enviable bachelor and idol of millions of girls has acquired his own separate house. Not a castle or a posh mansion like many Russian pop stars, but an ordinary cottage. One of the key points when choosing a home is the name of the street on which it is located. The street is called the Tale.

Some time ago, Dmitry met with a girl and even invited her to live with him. However, their relationship did not work out, and the singer again lives alone.
The house, despite its size, is characterized by restraint in furniture and the colors of the walls. When home improvement, Dmitry was helped by designer Natalya Glukhovskaya. She took into account all the wishes of the singer and inscribed them in the interior of the house. The total area of the two-story house with an attic was 400 square meters. m. On the territory there is a sauna, swimming pool and music studio.
The living room is combined with a kitchen-dining room, a large library and a lounge area, all of which occupy the ground floor area. The facade of the dining area and kitchen is made in dark gray, brown and black colors, this gives a special brutality to the whole space. The artist designed a house for living, and not for show, so there are no extra decor items, and cosiness, comfort and modesty reign everywhere.
During the construction of the house and its arrangement exclusively natural materials, textiles and carpets were used. In the living room you can see the sofa, custom-made by the singer. One of Dmitry's favorite vacation spots is a transparent hanging chair, which differs from the rest of the furniture in the room.

The walls of the house were assembled from old brick, which was specially delivered from St. Petersburg.
The singer placed an office on the second floor of the apartment, which he also modestly furnished: a minimum of furniture, a maximum of space. In Dmitry’s bedroom everything is also simple and tasteful. Most of the room was occupied by a bed. Wallpaper on the walls in the style of the 60s, to the overall color scheme of the room selected textiles and curtains. There is not much light in the bedroom, more muted tones prevail - this is the place of relaxation and rest of the singer.
The walls in the bathroom are designed in a space style: onyx panels are located on the ceiling and walls. When daylight enters the bathroom, the walls and ceiling begin to play in different colors, which creates a certain cosmic atmosphere. The window in the bathroom is round - resembles the porthole of a spaceship.

The singer does not let anyone into his music studio, because this is his personal space where he immerses himself in creativity and creates hits. The cost of the cottage is estimated at 65 million rubles.
